Our story

In the vibrant city of San Diego, CA, FASTBUILD began its journey in 2019 as a passionate team of architects dedicated to creating innovative and detail-oriented solutions for residential construction, renovation, and building design. Starting with freelancing projects, the team specialized in crafting architectural concepts, 3D visualizations, and realistic renderings, laying the groundwork for their future success in delivering architectural permit sets, ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), and DADUs (Detached Accessory Dwelling Units).

By 2021, FASTBUILD expanded its capabilities by collaborating with a professional group of civil and structural engineers. This milestone transformed the firm into a multidisciplinary powerhouse, enabling them to tackle large-scale construction projects across California and beyond. Their expertise grew to encompass MEP systems, interior design, and complex builds for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
